HVAC Tune up ($129.00)

  • Includes cleaning coils, condensate pan and drain line. Replace air filter (filter cost Seperate.)

Water Heater Maintenance ($129.00)

  • Includes draining water, cleaning heating element, and Replacing element (Heating Element cost is Seperate. Typically $30 an element)

  • By maintaining the water heater properly, it will help avoid energy spikes do to heater over working itself and extend the life of your water heater as well.

Pressure Washing (starting at $ 150.00)

  • Pressure washing starting at $150 estimated size for a 1 car drive way

House Cleaning (starting at $ 60.00)

  • Clean things like bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, mopping and more.

Sprinklers (starting at $ 75.00)

  • Change sprinkler heads and fix broken sprinkler pipes.
